The web app is clunky & not usable on mobile. Amazon need to do a quality check on the terra-master products and the remote sharing on the os.

Simple to use and able to handle multiple 1080p streams with transcoding and direct plays 4k remux files without breaking a sweat.
This is my second unit from terramaster and i am very happy.
Seemed to face some sort of a power surge and the drive boot order sequence got messed up resulting in access to only 1 of 4 drives.
I do have a modem with an ethernet 10g but it’s seems to be stuck at this speed.

Not sure what other people are complaining about when it comes to sound as the hdds are what drive the noise not the unit itself

Sure but you can argue that about anything that houses an hdd but even then i can barely hear it when watching a movie

That engineer spent 3 hours diagnosing and solving the problem

Word of advice though make sure you have backups of your data and run the nas with a battery backup regardless of whether you have a terramaster or another brand
