Anyway, i am very satisfied with the response and help that terramaster support provided and i recommend them.
I've used terramaster before, f2-220 and f4-220, and was satisfied with the products and ease of use.

Packaging/appearance
Fantastic packaging, solid construction and super simple to get up and running.
Competitiveness
It is well made with a heavy-duty aluminium case that looks pretty good too.
Perfect little nas box (2 4tb disks added).
Drive backups are simple and straight forward, but i could not connect my eufy cameras it is does not support rstp.
With mine connected to my pc through a tp-link gigabit switch, copying is almost as fast as to my local drives.
