Software is terrible once it did work. Apps nonexistent and unavailable for download. Boasts ability to use externalurl to access nas behind firewall but externalurl returns 0.

Dont let the better hardware specs trick you. The description of this item says 2 concurrent 4k streams. This is not possible, even with the max ram for the system.

There are no more strange and nefarious connections to china, and its fast!

Hopefully future units will ship with that already installed.

Though the hard drive i bought on the same order came in a paperbag, the nas was packed very well.

Unboxing and the unit and the aluminum housing looks as good as i thought.

The internal components are packed in tight.
