Pros

Terra-master td-2 unit is solid with some issues. Made out of milled aluminum, very solid, and even with two cooling fans it is relatively quiet. Quality is good feels sturdy.

Easy to install and even easier to use. It performs way better than i needed.

Highly recommended. I recommend this product eyes close! Happy so far with this enclosure.

Cons

Used it lightly over the course of 3 months. Both hard drives in the unit are inaccesssable, so there is no backup i can rely on. It's far easier to use a utility to copy a backup from time to time than to rely on this overly complex and fragile unit.... Read More

Went through all the logical steps, turn it off, rebooted etc etc. There was no way to manually reset the enclosure. Frustrating to have to delete the raid and build a new raid.

This enclosure not only looks great, it's the fastest raid-5 solution you can get for the money.

Got over 40tb of fast raid 5 disk space for a fraction of what it would cost using other vendors products.

For this price, they should have given one that's a decent length.

It actually was delivered to my door on a sunday, three days after i reached out to them.

They are on the asia time zone so it was a few days of back and forth before i had my answer.
