The fabric is a sort of honeycomb mesh, quite thick and too textured to wear under a skirt or dress. Construction is like nylons instead of compression garments. The circumstances is perfect but length is way off.

I'm 5'3, 110 lbs, and i could barely get the size small up without ripping them they were so thin. Returning these dysfunctional tights and trying to find a better alternative.
