Pros

The charger is compact and looks sleek, modern. It is well packaged and was delivered by amazon prime. Even the box looks good.

The cord is weatherproof and the amperage is adjustable. The charger is on a 60amp breaker. It works with the tesla app.

Cons

The wpa cannot be changed to only wpa 2. If you add wacky settings it deletes your off peak hours settings. The handle is very buggy and sometimes it releases from the vehicle with a push of the button and other times you have to do it in the app.

Design is so overwhelmingly prioritized over functionality. Although it’s a nice looking ev charger it gives 0 reliability. Tesla support is garbage.

The same relates to the charger itself. It's clear that the creators put aesthetics ahead of functionality. All style, no substance.

My local electric company offers a 100% rebate on the charger, so i got a great deal on this.

Consistent 48 amp charging after 1900 allows for cheapest cost across the board.

For the money, you just cannot go wrong.

The price should go down a little bit the charge speed max is 48 amps 24ft cord easy to use

Just took one day to deliver this charger which helped us to install within 2 days!

It is well packaged and was delivered by amazon prime.

We purchased the charger from amazon because on tesla website the delivery time was over 2 weeks and you have to pay for installation.

Decided to order from amazon cause i would get it faster and i knew i could depend on them to get it to me in time to get installed.

Everyone rolls their eyes when i say that i went with tesla for a given product, but their price and quality is top-tier.

The tesla charger cost over $100 less than comparable options, even with the added cost of the adapter.

I guess it’s pricey compared to other options, but this is one accessory i wanted to be made by tesla.
