I bought the medium but probably should have gone for the small as i had to keep hoisting them up every now and then but that is my sizing mistake

I honestly have always had trouble finding the right pair of yoga pants because when i go to a store marshalls for example ill try some on either too big or too tight

The seams at the ankles seems to be sewn a bit tight on 1 pair that i purchased
