Pros
The white colour gives an aesthetic value to the product and appears classy. The glass looks cool and it is unbreakable, very light weight. Kettle is durable and sturdy with pretty look.
It's by far the best brand i've used which beats the functionality and efficiency of other brands. Will give feedback after a month's use.
Cons
Out of two bottles of 1 ltr dabar hanny, one bottle has been received brokan conditions. Kettle quality is pathetic. But the after sales service is so pathetic.
It's only three months product had stopped working. Even tried to reach out to customers support given by amazon which is not working. Absolutely no one to reach.
Thermostat not working at times. The stainless steel base is burnt in 1 place. Kettle just keeps boiling and the auto-ofg switch stopped working in 12 days.

I don’t like the noise because it’s too much noisy and it takes 2-3 minutes to boil .
Water was not boiling when only the indicator was on.

Value of money, its working very well
