Pros & Cons
Pros
Altos 0°f ultralight down mummy sleeping bag is lightest most packable i've tried. The three inches of air and insulation do a great job. The insulation is very effective. This is a must purchase if you are going backpacking or camping.
It is very comfortable and having the oversized side air chambers is a great feature to help stay centered. Bonus is that it doesn't make that crinkly sound others make when you move. It's very comfortable, easy to pack, lightweight, and sturdy.
Highlights
Quality
The material also feels very solid and durable.
It takes a few minutes to blow up, but once inflated is the 2nd most comfortable pad i have ever tried.
End to end, the altos sleeping pad is 3 times smaller and about 1/2 the diameter when rolled up.
Takes only a minute to deflate and repack.

Packaging/appearance
Easy to inflate and deflate, large surface area (which kept me on it all night), and it packs down easily into it's stuff packaging.
Compared to 4 other sleeping pads this is the lightest most packable i've tried.
Competitiveness
While no 'r' value is given in the specs, this pad is very comparable to rei's insulated stratus and the big agnes insulated ai... Read More
The only pad that rivals this one for comforate is the therm-a-rest luxury map which is more expensive and way bulkier.

I am leery of fully trusting a sleeping pad that is completely reliant on inflation as a failure in the system can and will ruin a backpacking trip
