Warmth
Customers generally find the TETON Sports Altos Ultralight Mummy Sleeping Bag to be warm for its size, but some mention it may not provide adequate insulation in extremely cold temperatures without additional layers or a high R-value pad. The bag's synthetic material and compact design are appreciated by many, especially for backpacking and hiking trips.

Size In Compression Sack
Customers have mixed opinions regarding the size of the TETON Sports Altos Ultralight Mummy Sleeping Bag when compressed. While some find it smaller and lighter than expected, others mention not fitting comfortably in the bag and concerns about its lack of ISO/EN testing.
Highlights
Quality

I decided to test it out on my back porch last night since i received it yesterday and i knew that the temperature was going to be a low of 28° so i expected this 20° bag to keep me fairly warm but most people agree that the temperature rating on the bags is a survival rating and that you shouldnt expect to be comfortable at the actual survival rating and that you should probably buy a bag that is 10° warmer than your intended temperature if you want to be comfortable
