Like some of the other reviewers mentioned it is very hard to get the last rod on

Setup consists of folding out the legs spreading out the cot slidingclipping in the head and foot braces takes about 30 secondsinitial setup was a little tight had to push on the frame with one foot while pulling but was otherwise problem free i didnt get a model with the red handle
