It's got plenty of straps that help pull the pack snug to your body.

Update: went on a 4 mile test hike with 30 lbs in the pack.

After 1 year using this backpack, one of the clasps broke off of the bag.

Competitiveness

Have used much more expensive products in the past.

In all a great pack for the price.

And if i couldn't, i'd just attach it to the outside with a carabineer, or use the straps/mesh pockets.

Awesome backpack, i had absolutely no problems with it on a 5 mile trip, roughly 60lbs.
