Great value and quality compariable too much more expensive bags.

Stitching thread quality is good and thick but looks rushed in some places.

I am not impressed with the intrelcom couriers shipping company.

The plastic clips and straps aren't too great but the quality of the actual backpack is good.

Despite those, i still think this pack is well worth the money for what you get and the price you pay.

On a positive note, i was refunded shipping costs from amazon.

Which brings me to the shipping problem.

Everyone uses trash compactor bags in the pack before anything goes in it.

Not major things and i knew both things before i bought the pack.

I bought this bag as a cheaper backpack compared to my husbands $400 version.

I called intelcom couriers customer support line and given detailed instructions and nothing changed.

The online status from intelcom couriers said delivery attempted.
