Pros

Front large straps are nice for strapping snow shoes to. Adjustable sleeping pad straps at the bottom are also a big plus. Pack is comfortable and adjustable where it needs to be.

Recently purchased the teton mountain adventurer 4000 as a discounted open box item. This puts my pack weight at 34 to37 lbs. This pack is lighter than my other packs.

All the extras and unique features really sets this pack apart. That alone is worth buying separately. Unbelievable customer service.

The back shoulder is adjustable and the hip strap sits nicely on the hip. It's highly adjustable and sits very comfortably on the hips and shoulders. Only feel a bit of pressure at hips and shoulder with no fatigue.

Cons

The cords for hanging gear, particularly on the bottom and top of the bag, are ungodly small. They are very thin and not well padded. Since the pack is short, it rides too high to reach around and get my gatorade bottle back in the side pouch.

My biggest complaint at this point is total lack of customer service. These emails are auto-acknowledged, but i have never received any sort of reply, ever.

I’ve had it on with almost 40lbs for several hour stretches, without any pains or discomfort.

I is good quality and has plenty of spacealso comfortable for long hikes

But, like me, if your looking for a workhorse that can handle 35lb+ gear loads, this should be your go to.
