I had to return the first one i purchased because it wore a hole around the stitching in the front pocket after just a week

My only complaints are the removable pouch which is impractical and honestly causes me more problems than anything else and the joke of a cell phone holder on the right strap as it clearly build for a 2003 nokia brick phone and will not hold anything resembling a modern day smart phone

Second issue is the removable front organizer

While thats of no consequence it does pulldown the pack and makes for difficult zipping of the centermost zipper on the top of the pack

The chest straps have just some slight stretch for comfort but not so much as to make the pack feel unstable
