This is a great hydration pack if you only want it for water and just to carry your keys and i was just able to fit my iphone6 in so i could use my wireless sport headphones

If the water is in them for more than a few hours it really tastes like the plastic tho

I run with it and find it good to use although difficult to drink through you have to bite the end of the pipe quite precisely and suck hard to get much flow
