Pros

Teva men's hurricane xlt2 sandals are a fantastic buy. The velcro adjustable straps really help. This shoe has a comfort padded strap at the heal.

These are the perfect blend. They meet expectations. I wish they would come out with 1/2 sizes as it made them a lot nicer.

Cons

Teva offers a one-year warranty for defective workmanship, so i would purchase directly from them or from another retailer that you trust to honor the warranty. I am bummed. Do not buy.

These hurricanes are narrower, especially in the heel. It’s the 3rd pair of tevas that have separated from the sole. The ankle straps are very short. They barely grab the velcro.

This is clearly a design flaw for a sandal that bills itself as a hiking sandal. To my surprise, no sandpaper; just the rough residue of the strap manufacturing process. The sole of the sandal feels solid but the straps are really flawed.

These sandals offer premium quality without the premium cost, making them an excellent value for money.
