Pros

Nothing digs in and there are no rub spots. They’re also very durable, and handle river rocks, and sharp hikes with no problem. They have a sturdy sole with great grip, but they still have a good amount of cushion.

The velcro adjustable straps really help. The straps allow for a perfect fit, and they wear for 2 to 3 years.

This shoe is currently slightly more expensive between the two and understandably so. This shoe has a comfort padded strap at the heal.

Cons

It’s the 3rd pair of tevas that have separated from the sole. Everything else about the new design is worse, especially the belt layout.

The straps are too short for a hiking sandal. The ankle straps are very short. They barely grab the velcro.

You cannot adjust the fit of the straps so if the strap is too tight or too loose, it can’t be adjusted.

These sandals offer premium quality without the premium cost, making them an excellent value for money.
