Pros

The quality is outstanding. For everyday use, they're incredibly comfortable. I miss the 1/2 size as it made them a lot nicer.

Cons

Zappos is a licensed retailer, it is possible they received look-alike product. This is the 3rd pair of tevas that have separated from the sole. Tried to glue back together with shoegoo.

These hurricanes are narrower, especially in the heel. The crossstraps are too short. The ankle straps are very short. They barely grab the velcro.

Teva offers a one-year warranty for defective workmanship, so i would purchase directly from them or from another retailer that you trust to honor the warranty. I am bummed.
