Pros
The tirras have three adjustable straps. The cushion is soft yet provides stability and support. The straps are adjustable to fit your foot.
Cons
This pair is not the original tevas. The arch support in my old tevas has migrated too far back on these newer versions. I hope that teva did not change their manufacturing method or glue.
They are stiff and scratchy and will obviously cause blisters if worn for any period of time. Probably due to sizing issues. This makes it very uncomfortable to wear, creating chafing.
The shoe is made short. This causes the foot arch support to be a little behind the actual natural arch of the foot. The backstrap is too low (also a sin of not accounting for a larger sized foot) crushed my spine and still haven't fully recovered.
Straps on top ankle of this multicolor sandal are not substantial. It hits at an uncomfortable point where the ankle flexes. The velcro on the straps isn't long enough.

Quality
I love the feelof the sole- great arch support.
My feet have grown a little while having babies but with the adjustable straps, they amazingly still fit.
Love these, wearing them everywhere, not just waterside, usual teva quality.
Packaging/appearance
I love that these actually were comfortable right out of the box.
Right off the bat the new ones fit like a glove.
They were the most comfortable sandals, even to wear in the water.
Competitiveness
Edited to add: i just got home from a 2-week trip to europe and i still love these sandals!
No rubbing or chaffing of the straps.
I've had a pair of tevas for over ten years before i lost the bottom sole.
Our family has been wearing teva's for 30 years.
