But i have to tighten the fore straps as far as theyll go and there are long flaps hanging beyond which cant be cut off so they look goofy

The first is that the shoe base is a murky grey instead of the brown in the main image

When i first got them and put them on they hurt the top of my foot where the strap went across my foot

I initially purchased a size 10 the size in adidas i normally wear but had to return them for a size 9
