Im very new to minimalist running shoes
I just went on my first 3 mi run the other day a mix of dirt paths and sidewalks and i was very surprised at the difference between a conventional running shoe and a minimalist shoe
Ive always tried to focus more on landing with my forefoot or ball of the toe than my heel but these shoes almost necessitate that you adopt that style of running
It felt like i activated leg and foot muscles that simple didnt get worked out when wearing more conventional running shoes particularly in my calves achilles and inner thigh
