Im not sure how much this affects battery life thoughthe only option id have liked is a button lock switch so that you could disable the operation of all buttons for when you want to throw the clock in a suitcase

This is what i call a proper travel alarm clock by which i mean that the signal it relies on can be picked up in over most of europe and you can set the display in advance or behind the signals time
