It is cute, fits well with an adjustable drawstring waist and is priced decently.
The bottom has an elastic waist but also a drawstring to help customize fit. It makes a cute layered look while offering modesty. I prefer to have my child wear swimsuits that cover more skin to safeguard her skin from the sun.
