I dont use the carry bag

I love having a hand strap bc it is so much more comfy than holding the phone until your hand cramps but this is just a bit tight

I placed a thin piece of buttery soft leather on the t portion to make it rub my hand less and its reasonable but it would be more comfortable if it were more generously sized
