Of course there are 100 chapters all very short and concise presenting one thoughtprovoking idea or principal about why some people are happy and others arent

It takes what sounds like a basic concepthappinessand breaks it down into chunks that anybody can read and then think about

I like that each chapter or advice is written short with a story to explain it with and listed credits of studies to show that you are not reading only one persons opinion on the matter
