Excellent quality book with lots of colored pictures and every recipe explains how to preprare with extra tips on techniques ect.

It didn't work for me at all--i basically ended up making regular old cookies with frosting between them.

The binding is strong and heavy-duty, and can be wiped off easily with a damp cloth if it gets dirty in the kitchen.
