The book says you should be able to make any of the recipes in under half an hour, and i've found this to be true with the ones i've tried.
And of course they hold up to the quality you would expect from america's test kitchen.
I was very happy with the condition of all 3 of these used cookbooks that i ordered.

The price was so affordable for so much practical information!

Hint the last page of each chapter has a note at the bottom telling you to place the next divider after it
