Pros

All you need is a couple of hours and a thesaurus. Pure warfare tactics to be used in battlefields. Few advices are beneficial in nowadays life and in business.

Sun tzu's work is a classic. Written for wat but very adaptable. Everard ferguson calthrop remember this name!

Cons

The chinese and japanese are still skillful and tenacious negotiators, but their new generation of negotiators are more western oriented and probably never read this book.

This is like clif notes but no where near as good. It's condensed down to 60 pages of proverbs with context taken out. The whole book is a jumbled mess of hanging paragraphs and stray indents that ruin the flow of the words.
