Bowl Compatibility
Customers are thrilled with the versatility of the Bakery Chef™ as it comes with both a glass and metal bowl for various baking needs. The built-in LED light is also highly appreciated. Some customers have noted that not all attachments reach the bottom of the metal bowl but work perfectly in the glass one. Overall, the mixer's value and additional attachments make it a great upgrade for those seeking improved functionality.
Kneading Performance
Customers generally praise the Bakery Chef's powerful motor, quiet operation, and overall performance in kneading. However, some express disappointment with its lightweight design and smaller dough hook size.
Dough Handling
Customers have a generally positive opinion about the Bakery Chef's dough handling capabilities, with most praising its ability to handle various types of doughs and its sturdiness. However, some customers have reported issues with mixing larger quantities of bread dough or softer doughs, and the need to stop the mixer frequently during use.
Beater Material
Customers have generally positive opinions about the beater material of the Bakery Chef™. They appreciate its sturdiness and effectiveness in mixing various ingredients, including stiff consistency icing. However, some customers mention that it can be quite loud during operation.
Highlights
Quality
It’s sturdy, light weight, and is able batches of stiff consistency icing without issue.
Overall, it feels like a solid, quality appliance that i actually enjoy using.
We bought this specifically because of he motor power and that it states it has metal gears.
There's a reason that washing machines report decibels and manufacturers are able to charge a premium for quietness.
