Packaging/appearance

The packaging problem is the same on the second shipment , but the taste is good.

The really bad thing is that the bag says ground too, so that means someone really screwed up on the packaging.

There have been at least 3 deliveries where the bag says vanilla bean, and it’s not.

Competitiveness

The bean is a hands-down favorite in my house, and i'm glad to be able to have it delivered regularly by amazon.

Wish they made more flavors to try in decaff.
