One of my go-to cookbooks. Any atk cookbook is worth while.

A rare, but significant fail for atk. Amazon keeps damaging it.

This cookbook is really difficult to navigate. It is dishonest, it implies that all possible recipes have been tried. This is similar to their shameless rip off of harold mcgee's book on food and cooking.
