This cookbook has plenty of options but is not overwhelming. We eat a lot of chicken and this book has many chicken suggestions.

Many recipes are regularly requested by family. Most of the recipes are for 4-6 servings which is just right for us.

Cons

I was extremely dissappointed. These things are nice enough, but they're probably best treated as ephemera. The product tests seem abbreviated and tacked on; this is inexcusable in what is ostensibly a best recipe book.
