Robert e howard spawned several genres during his short writing careers and it would be difficult to argue that conan isnt one of the most iconic characters ever created

Before we get into a review of the content i will confirm something about this kindle edition it does lack the illustrations that the print version contains

The omission of those fine black and white images is a shame and somewhat surprising even though several reviews for this volume and the preceding titled the coming of conan the cimmerian noted a lack of interior art at the time of my purchase this edition was advertised to include said illustrations
