Pros
It's not too expensive and the relief i feel is sooo worth it. Works as advertised.
The shampoo and condition relieve me from itchiness and flakiness. I'm someone who is very sensitive to fragrances or dyes. The conditioner is thick and creamy which coats my hair very well.
Cons
This smells like *. But the conditioner does practically nothing. My hair tangles terribly, frizzing is awful.

I cant comment too much on this product because i didnt give it a chance i guess at the time before i tried the product i was losing hair so i stopped using it not because it caused hair loss it was because of something else but i will try it again since my hair is at a better state where i can see what it probably would do for it
