Pros

Body shop’s facial cloth removes makeup without the need for a makeup remover. It's soft and still cleans my face well. I do the double cleanse method and love how easily, quickly and gently this face cloth removes my oil-based cleanser.

It's smooth with no fibers or roughness. It dries hard but softens immediately. This handy dandy flannel, along with its now defunct sponge cloth predecessor, is a game changer for me!

Cons

When it dries it becomes brittle. It irritates my skin and it doesn't 'wash up' well.

This is not flannel as advertised. Feels like a square of neoprene.

Overall, these are the best thing i've ever found for washing my face, and i'll keep using them as long as they keep making them.

These are made of a soft sponge material.

Extremely gentle on the skin, and remove makeup well.

Price

They're inexpensive enough that replacing them is not a problem.

Because it's white, it's nicer because you know when your face is clean of all makeup, it's half the price too.

I bought one similar to this years ago (dermologica brand) they unfortunately discontinued making them.

I bought this one to replace it and it's very similar, actually it's a bit softer and white, but it's about the same thickness as aveda's.
