Cons

It smells old and almost sickeningly sweet. Doesn't lather or make any type of soaping action. Just vaguely floral with a detergent-like smell and an unfortunate whiff of nair.

I'm just sad that is what this company has sunk to. What a joke. This is not at all. Shame on you the body shop" "very disappointed in the 2ndand third orders.

I would much rather pay more and get the original product than be duped by this cheaper and poorer quality substitute. Just pricey for such a small bottle. Product is not the same.

This product is one of the best musk aromas i have found in a body wash.

The large bottle last me several months and yes i shower daily.

The spout itself turns within the part that locks the pump, so i was spinning it and getting nowhere.

It has lasted since 2022 and it just now running out (november 2023) smells like sour patch, and strawberry jam.

Great value for money & the smell is beautiful

Also you get a lot for your money.

I have been using the body shop for years, so when i saw this on sale.

Love the brand, the store i had close to my home was close, now i can order here and get it in 24 hrs.

Packaging/appearance

After not having it for a while and changing their packaging i am still in love with this scent.

I ordered this thinking that it would be the same body shower gel i have been buying for years just in new packaging.

The only complaint i have is it did not arrive completely sealed.
