Pros
Milk frother works excellent. Easy to set up, easy to use, pulls great shots and good froth. Touch screen is very obvious and intuitive usage. Created a latte to demonstrate how to use it's various features.
Price is steep but breville products never disappoint. Upgraded from a saeco intellia to this. Very fast shipping. Worth every penny.
Cleaning and maintenance tools can be stored so it's in a safe predictable spot when you need them. Plug itself, can be tucked in fully into the machine. The machine rolls on wheel, which is awesome.
The water reservoir is huge. It's about 14 wide, but the height aspect could be an issue for some depending on your cupboard. The height between the portafilter on the group head and the drip tray is exactly 4 which makes it tricky to get mugs any tal... Read More
Cons
Tried making about 10 cups of coffee and couldn't get a single one out. The frothing wand requires the milk jug to have a ton of milk in it to work. Leaking gasket and wavy tamp all the time.

It's true, this machine helps you select the proper grind, then auto grinds, taps and doses, manages temperature, auto froths, etc.

In 202007 the plastic inner shower screen broke because i use to tighten it too strongly cost 4 from breville replaced it in 5 minutes

It does everything you just have to follow the instructions but lets the uneducated down at the very end because you end up cup of espresso in one hand and a cup of steam and foam milk in the other

If youve not intimately familiar with what a latte is you really dont know what part of the milk or how much of it to add to the espresso to create a latte

So getting back to the latte example it would have been helpful if the machine had a final screen that gave you an idea on the standard proportions to combine the two – 23 steamed milk topped with foam
