This statement is technically not wrong, but grossly misleading. All of it is either wrong or misleading and speculative. The rest consists mostly of speculations without any factual support, and more or less just opinion and sarcasm.

This is a childish misunderstanding of how most moral relativists think. I've read a lot of books that purport that this is the case.
