Pros

The mattress is very comfortable. The motion isolation is fantastic. I hope it lasts.

This bed outperforms a ther, you get the idea. Once you get sheets and a comforter on there, the gap will be gone.

Sleeping on my stomach was a completely different experience. The pain invariably goes away after an hour of getting out of bed.

Cons

It makes my bed look ridiculous, but at least it's tolerable. This bed is also just too firm. It’s also terrible for two people, as the entire mattress leans in towards the heavier person.

It's unhealthy for your posture, period. Reposition myself and wake up an about half hour increments with pain issues.

It is much much thinner, soft and squishy. My deep pocket fitted sheet hangs off the corners and is difficult to tuck in tightly. Foam mattress seems to be both a fad and a somewhat scam.

A big improvement in depth of sleep and # of times i get out of bed / night (from >2 to 1 every 3 nights.

For the last six months, though, i've been waking up early with severe mid-back pain.

Their customer service is worse and their products sub-par in terms of construction.

Considering the small price we paid we're extremely pleased.

Even more of a bonus: amazon offered an easy payment system that made this far more gentle on the ol’ pocket book.

Shipping

It arrived promptly and in perfect condition.

We figured why not with costco's return policy and we didn't have to wait for shipping.

Regrettably, amazon's guidelines prevent me from sharing my shipment experience.

Update 1/22/2020after sending over a ton of pictures and doing a lot of work, casper finally agreed to send me a new mattress.
