My challah is fluffier and tastes better than ever! This is a must have for anyone who bakes challah! Easy to clean. Lid will be very nice for proofing my bread!
Cons
This bowl is way to large for my 6lb challah dough. It's way too big.

I really like it but i make a medium-sized dutch-oven loaf and it's a bit unwieldy for my purposes.
No more worries about the weather or dough leaking out from under a towel and drying out during rising.
