Pros
It saves me from turning on the big oven or hauling out the air fryer. Physically it’s only a tad larger than the microwave it is replacing but its inner compartment is certainly tighter than its predecessor.
It's nice to have the versatility of the 3-in-1 that this unit has to offer. Overall a very good 3 in 1 combo appliance.
Little chime sounds, the soft-close door, and the way all of the controls are super user-friendly. Quieter than our previous microwave door which made a loud thunk.

Cons
This product is not a convection oven, air fryer, and microwave. It is normal for this model's oven to be out by 70 degrees or more. The gauge is not intended to be accurate. Air fryer was disappointing.

This oven has a musical sound that lets you know that it is finished the timer this sound can also be changed to a ding noise we kept it at the musical note

The air fryer is my least favorite part of the appliance and while it will get used a little it probably will be used the least amount for me

As far as cleaning the inside do not use a scrubber of any kind i was doing dishes with one of those green dish scrubbers and while i was finishing up decided to quickly wipe down the inside of the oven without much pressure it left scratch marks so be sure to use cloths or paper towels
