The cookbook is very well organized and easy to follow. The recipes are tested to ensure they always turn out well. The instructions are well written and clear in the instructions. It's a great cookbook for vegans and non-vegans alike.
I wish they would publish yearly updates so you would not have to purchase a complete new book each year. Fabulous price for such a big book. The book is large to handle but making a copy of a recipe can resolve handling in the kitchen if you prefer.

This is a huge book, well made with lots of great information.
To be frank, the selection was a bit overwhelming and with the exception of the baking section, not inspiring at all.
This has all the pages, no writing or bent pages.

Fabulous price for such a big book.
