Pros

There are 650 recipes that encompass most of the meals you are used to plus typical dessert. Tons of recipes for two. It's so hard to find recipes that cater to just two people.

This book is hard cover, durable, and worth the cost. The only negative is that the corners of the book were dinged. I'm not the wildest on the layout, but that's a minor quibble.

Cons

When picking a recipe to make after work, you have to be very careful that it doesn't include an hour long step that's going to delay dinner until 9pm. I love the recipes, but the quality of the binding is poor.

Too bad that this good cookbook is marred by poor construction. There are too many cooking steps and they are often not fully explained so you are left in the lurch, not knowing what to do. This product is completely faulty.
