This is a very solid cookbook with delicious recipes. Recipes are targeted or adjusted for what you'll find in an american super market.

I like having a that info to make quicker decisions on whether the meal fits into my dietary preferences. It explains the side effects of statins.

A few things need mentioning that occur in most cookbooks. I have most of the spices in my cabinet already and it wasn't costly to add any i didn't have. A few recipes have tiny errors.
