Pros

The chapters soups; stews and chilis; chicken; beef, pork and lamb; seafood; vegetarian; pasta and noodles; and desserts. There is a vegetarian chapter, which is nice. The noodle chapter is full of noodle recipes.

It’s more advanced than i expected. Phew, a little overwhelming in scope. It is so easy to navigate. Very creative and versatile.

Atk's layouts are always outstanding, almost like a textbook. The font size is small, but black ink is used which makes it as easy to read as possible.

Both seasoned and beginner cooks can appreciate this cookbook. Because of a large assortment of food allergies and intolerances, a small percentage of recipes in any given cookbook will work for us, but if those are good, they are treasured additions ... Read More
