Pros
The recipes are simple but very “tasty” and that is what everyone wants. It offers readers to experiment with ingredients.
Well organized, font is easy to read, enough pictures to entice you into trying something new. This book is helping me make a lifestyle change. It has plenty of information, and lots of colorful pictures and tips.

Cons
I get the impression that the chefs who formulated these recipes aren’t vegan. Then, a lot of recipes call for substitutes like they just took a regular recipe and said oh, we'll, let's just say use a mayo substitute.
I'm afraid this book is inthe goodwill pile. Too much of a hassle to mail back, but pretty bummed for the money spent.

Spiral-bound cookbook was received unwrapped, and first 2 pages where "dog-eared" (bent over at the corners)!

It's much better by far than a boca burger.

There are so many recipes i am excited to try and i like that most have shorter ingredient lists and use ingredients i already have on hand
