One of the trademark features of atk cookbooks is the why this recipe works sections with nearly every recipe. Preparing salads is a breeze for both novice and seasoned cooks. Ats recipes always work for me!

We eat salad every night in our home and are always looking for ways to mix it up. The salad recipes are divided into sections - leafy salads, fruit & vegetable salads.

There are beautiful photos that accompany the majority of the recipes. The photos, layout, recipe intros are top notch. The font size is the typical small size used in the limited space of most cookbooks.
