The book is in good condition & i’m very happy with the seller and will look for them for future needs. We also love all the little extra tid bits of information and education they give throughout the book.

I'm one of those weirdos who loves to read cookbooks, lol. I also appreciate that it’s not just a cookbook of braises and stews.

Tried several recipes including lentils with brussel sprouts. The recipes are simple and uncomplicated. No odd one-time ingredients that are hard to find or require a special trip to the grocery store.

Cons

Not a good choice for luddites.

Three years later it’s almost completely fallen apart and the pages are mostly loose in the center.

The spine and cover broke away after about 3 uses.

Gently used & arrived 2 days earlier than expected!

The timely order when it was shipped.

It took about 2 weeks for book to arrive.

Packaging/appearance

The pictures are beautiful and the recipes look easy and delicious!

Hard bound- or at least shipping in a box vs amazon plastic bag packaging- would have been better .

I think it encourages flimsy packaging and poor handling in transport.
