Pros

The book is in good condition & i’m very happy with the seller. We also love all the little extra tid bits of information and education they give throughout the book. Thank you, atk.

Tried several recipes including lentils with brussel sprouts. The recipes are simple and uncomplicated. It is very pretty, easy to read and easy to browse.

Para mi gusto las recetas muchas similares. Ohh lastly the recipe for mole chicken tacos is like heaven.

Some of the meal prep is a little rigorous. I know there are some who complain about the reliance on microwaves. It's much easier to soften the onions for a few minutes in a microwave than 20 minutes on the stove-top at 6am.

Cons

Not a good choice for luddites.

Hard bound- or at least shipping in a box vs amazon plastic bag packaging- would have been better .
